My assertion is you applied patched 1.14c under the supervision of sandboxie. So, the file changes made by the patched 1.14c will be use always when run sandboxed regardless of the patched version applied outside the sandbox. The solution is to delete the sandbox contents so that the latest patched version which was applied outside the sandbox will be use.
